Registration
1. Start by creating a new account.
Library card
If you are not a student, researcher or employee at Uppsala University – visit one of our information desks to activate your account and get your library card. Bring a valid ID document.
If you have a campus card at Uppsala University, you do not need a library card. After you have created a library account, your campus card functions as a library card.
Password and PIN code
You will have both a PIN code and a password:
- The PIN code is used for our self service machines at the libraries.
You create the PIN code yourself when you register. If you loose it or need to change it, go to My loans.
- The password is used to log in to My loans.
Students, researchers and others at the University can use their university ID (password A) to log in. Others create their own password when registering.
Get a library card for Almedalsbiblioteket, Gotland
- Start by creating a library account for Almedalsbiblioteket.
- Activate the account at the information desk of one of the libraries on Gotland. You will then receive a library card or the opportunity to borrow with your social security number. Bring a valid ID.
