Do not include sensitive information in chats or emails to the Library. The system cannot guarantee secure storage of the information you share.
On the Manage files page in the DiVA form, you can specify a date when the file should become available in DiVA. You can also choose to only archive the file so that it is not publicly visible in DiVA.
