Authority records in DiVA are used to link publications and projects to the correct Uppsala University employee. An authority record also provides an overview of information about the author/editor (such as organisational affiliation) and their entire output during their employment at the University.

When registering a publication in DiVA, you can link your own and any UU co-authors' authority records to the publication. Follow the instructions in the Manage and edit authority records guide.

The same guide provides information on how to update or change your authority record. If your authority record contains incorrect information that you cannot change yourself, contact the Library.
